With our 7-day Satisfaction guarantee, if you're not completely satisfied you can return your phone for full refund.

Need to return your device?

No worries! You have 7 days after purchase to return the device for a full refund if purchased from or customer service. Refunds are processed within 1-2 business days after the returned device is received. It may take 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect on the card used to make the original purchase.

To begin the return process, please provide the email used to purchase the device and the order number. Our Care team will respond within 24 hours with additional information to complete the return.

Quick note:

  • Your order number is an alpha-numeric number located in your order confrimation email. (example: ab-cdef-123456789)
  • If you want to exchange devices, you'll need to fill out the form  below to begin the return process, then place a new order for the device of your choice.
  • you can ship your return using the service of your choice. Virgin Mobile recommends shipping your device back using a trackable and insured shipping method.
