We have a great coverage area, but if you wander out of it your phone is not going to work. Don't panic. Your voicemail and text messages will be waiting for you when you get back.

Do all plans work with all phones?

Yes,all of our services work on any of our phones.

Can I bring my old phone number with me?

Yes, depending on where you live. You have to have a Virgin Mobile phone in order to use Virgin Mobile's service. If you don't have one of our phones yet, you can check them out here.

Once you have a Virgin Mobile phone, call us at 1-888-322-1122 and ask for a live advisor. They'll walk you through the process of programming your old phone number into your new phone.

You should also note that we can't switch your area code without giving you a new local number as well.

When do I need to choose my plan?

You select your plan at the beginning of the activation process.

Can I change my plan at any time?

Sure, you can switch between offers as long as your account is active. Make the switch here, or by calling Virgin Mobile At Your Service at 1-888-322-1122.
