- First, make sure you have enough money in your balance to buy the downloads you want. Top-Up if you need to add more. Then, all you need to do is:

- Browse through our catalog or search to find the file you want.
- Enter your phone number and Account PIN and hit "Download."
That's all there is to it. Your download should begin right away. - How do I get the latest version of the Downloads App?
- We're constantly making improvements to our Downloads App. Updates should occur automatically depending on your settings in Android Market. If your Downloads App doesn't update automatically, follow these steps:
- Launch Android Market and hit the Menu key.
- Select "My Apps" and tap the Virgin Mobile Downloads App.
- If an update is available, you will see the Update button. Tap to begin the download.
- I paid for a download but the download failed. What should I do?
- You can access your past purchases and re-download files whenever you want from the "My Purchases" section. Here's how:
- Launch the Downloads App.
- Tap the "My Purchases" link on the homepage.
- I can't find a file I downloaded. What should I do?
- First, make sure your SD card is inserted properly. Then:
- Launch the Downloads App.
- Tap the "My Purchases" link on the homepage.
- Re-download your file.
Once your file has downloaded successfully, you should see an option to set it as a default on your phone. - What's "My Wishlist" and how do I use it?
- Don't have enough money in your balance for that ringtone or wallpaper you want? Click "Add to my Wishlist" on the Buy page and we'll keep it bookmarked for you until you've had a chance to Top-Up and are ready to buy. To access your wishlist at any time, tap "My Wishlist" on the Downloads homepage.
- I downloaded a ringtone but I can't set it as the ringtone on my phone. What should I do?
- As soon as you download a new ringtone, you'll be asked if you'd like to assign it as your default ringtone. To change your default ringtone at any time:
- From the home screen, hit the Menu key.
- Tap Settings > Sound > Phone Ringtone.
- Choose the ringtone you want to set as your default.
- Can I buy downloads from virginmobileusa.com?
- Sure. Here's how:
- Browse the downloads section of our website to find the ringtone, Ringback, or graphic you want.
- Click the "Buy Now" button and enter your phone number and Account PIN.
- You'll receive a text message with a link to download your file.
- Click the link and select "Download."
