Virgin Mobile's Contact Vault makes it easy to store and manage your contacts online. With Contact Vault, you can automatically backup and transfer all of your contacts to a new phone without having to re-enter them manually, one-by-one. In case your phone is lost or stolen, you can erase the contacts from your missing phone without losing all the information stored on our Web site.


  • Automatically backup contact info from your phone on a regular basis.
  • Restore existing contacts to a new phone, quickly and easily.
  • Manage contacts online and transfer them to your phone, or vice versa.
  • Import contacts from an external address book - like Microsoft Outlook, Yahoo!, and others.
  • Ability to erase contact information on a lost phone or stolen phone.
  • Choose to share contacts online with other Contact Vault users.

How much does it cost?

There are two Contact Vault pricing plans to choose from:
  • $1.99/month.
  • $9.99 for 6 months - that's a 15% savings!

How do I use it?

  • On your Virgin Mobile phone go to Menu > Downloads/VirginXL > Contact Vault.
  • Complete the download and launch Contact Vault in the Apps Menu. The Apps menu can be found under Menu > My Other Stuff -or- Menu > Stuff > My Stuff > My Games Select Exchange Contacts to will back up your contacts.

Keep your contacts safe and update to date by turning on Automatic Backup. Here's how:

  • In the Contact Vault application, select Exchange Contacts > Settings > Set
  • Click on Frequency and select your desired frequency: Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.
  • Click on Feature, Select On, and Click Save.

Which Virgin Mobile phones will Contact Vault work with?

Right now, Contact Vault is available on Cyclops, Slash, Shuttle, Switch_Back and Wild Card. We're working hard to get Contact Vault on more phones. Check back here later for additional phone support.
