Helio's Ultimate Inbox allows Ocean 2, Ocean, Fin, and Mysto users to manage their Text/Pic inbox, Yahoo!, AOL, Windows Live, Gmail, EarthLink, and My Helio email inboxes from one location.

The Ultimate Inbox also lets you sync your Microsoft Office Outlook email, Calendar, and Contacts with Helio's Mail for Microsoft Exchange application (Note: Mail for Microsoft Exchange is only available for the Ocean and Ocean 2 at this time).

The Ultimate Inbox conveniently organizes all your emails, IMs, and text/pic messages in one convenient messaging dashboard. You can easily select your favorite form of communication and means of being reached while on the go. The Ultimate Inbox also supports POP/IMAP email profiles (Ocean and Ocean 2 only).
How do I customize my Ultimate Inbox? (Ocean 2, Ocean, Mysto, Fin only)
You can reorganize your Ultimate Inbox by moving the messaging options and email accounts up or down on the screen. To customize your Ultimate Inbox, follow these steps:

1. From the idle screen, press down on the Directional Pad to access the Ultimate Inbox (Messages Menu).
2. Highlight the item you wish to move.
3. Press the Menu option (left soft key).
4. Select Move.
5. Press up or down on the Directional Pad to move the account on the screen into the desired place on the screen.
6. After you have moved the item where you want it, press OK (Helio Flame key).
How do I play videos or music stored on my Mysto?
To play videos or music stored on your device, follow these steps:

1. From the idle screen, press the Menu option (Left Soft key).
2. Select the Video & Music option (film strip icon with a music note in it).
3. Select Video to play videos and Music to play music you have already downloaded.
4. Press Download Video or Download Music to download Music and Videos.

Alternate Method:
From the idle screen, press "left" on the Directional Pad.
