    Here's how it works:

    - Sign up for Phone Insurance within 15 days of activating your phone on a Beyond Talk Plan.
    - The $5 premium will be deducted from your Virgin Mobile account each month.
    - If something happens to your phone, file a claim online or over the phone.

  • How do I add programs?

    Android™ Market provides direct access to useful applications and fun games that you can download and install on your phone. From the Home screen, tap Market to find and download new applications.

  • How do I remove programs?

    You can uninstall any application that you have downloaded and installed from Android Market. From the Home screen, press the Menu Key and tap More > Manage apps, tap the application you want to uninstall, and then tap Uninstall. When prompted, tap OK to remove the application from your phone.

  • How do I access the Android applications I've downloaded?

    From the Home screen, tap the Applications icon to see all applications on the phone in alphabetical order.

  • What games are available for my device?

    To find the latest games for your device, from the Home screen, tap Market. Android Market has a large selection of games available for download. They are categorized by genre and whether they are paid or free.

  • How do I set up a VPN on my phone?

    From the Home screen, press the Menu Key and tap Settings > Wireless & networks > VPN settings > Add VPN. Select the type of VPN you want to create and enter the VPN settings. Press the Menu Key and tap Save when you are finished.
    NOTE: Please ask your IT administrator for your VPN settings.

  • What does a hard reset do, and how is it performed?

    A hard reset removes all information from your device and returns it to its original state, as though it had never been used before. All contacts, messages, emails, third-party applications, and so on will need to be reinstalled after performing a hard reset. To perform a hard reset, from the Home screen, press the Menu Key and tap Settings > Privacy > Factory data reset. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete. This process will take 5 to 10 minutes.

  • Customize the Home screen(s)

    You can customize your Home screen or extended screens to display applications, shortcuts, folders (for organization) and widgets. To add any of these items to the screen, first touch and hold a vacant spot on the screen. Then tap Shortcuts, Widgets, or Folders. Tap the desired item to place it on the screen.

  • How do I ensure my device software is up-to-date?

    From the Home screen, press the Menu Key and tap Settings > About phone > Software Update.
