  • How does Virgin Mobile Phone Insurance work?

    Without insurance, you could get stuck paying full price to replace your phone if something goes wrong. So Virgin Mobile has partnered with Asurion to make Phone Insurance available to our customers. For just $5/month you'll be covered if your phone breaks or is lost, stolen, or damaged - even with liquid.

    Here's how it works:

    - Sign up for Phone Insurance within 15 days of activating your phone on a Beyond Talk Plan.
    - The $5 premium will be deducted from your Virgin Mobile account each month.
    - If something happens to your phone, file a claim online or over the phone.
    - As long as your claim is approved and you pay the deductible, you'll typically receive a replacement phone within 24 hours.

  • How do I change my phone's wallpaper?

    From the main screen, select Menu -> Settings -> Display -> Wallpaper. Then choose the wallpaper you want.

  • How do I play games?

    You can play the preloaded game demos on your phone by going to Menu -> My Stuff -> Games. To download more games for your phone, go to Menu -> Downloads.

  • How do I use the Voice Dialing feature?

    To begin using Voice Dialing, simply hold down the down the Talk key.

    To train your phone to respond to your voice, hold down the Talk key to access the Voice Dialing menu. Then choose "Voice Command Training" and follow the on-screen prompts to adapt the phone to your voice.

  • Can I choose different Txt Tones for different contacts?

    Yes. Here's how...

    • Highlight a contact from your Contacts List and press OK to select it.
    • Press "Options" (right option button) and select "Edit Contact."
    • Scroll to "Ringer Options" and press OK.
    • Choose which alert you want to customize and use the Up and Down navigation keys to scroll through available options.
    • Press OK to select your Txt Tone and "Save" to save your settings.

  • How do I change my lock code?

    Go to Menu -> Settings -> Lock Phone. Enter your four-digit lock code (the default lock code is either 0000 or the last four digits of your phone number) and choose your settings.

    To unlock your phone, select "Unlock" (right option key) from the main screen and enter your four-digit lock code.

  • How do I set my phone to vibrate instead of ring?

    Press the Down button on the side volume key until the phone says "Vibrate" and then press OK.

  • How do I add a contact to my address book?

    Enter the phone number on the main screen and press the right option button to select "Save."

  • Does the LG200 have Bluetooth®?

    Yes. You can go hands-free when you connect a headset or other Bluetooth-enabled accessory (sold separately). The LG200 can store up to 20 Bluetooth pairings and connect to one Bluetooth-enabled accessory at a time.

    To enable Bluetooth and pair with a Bluetooth-enabled device, go to Menu -> Tools -> Bluetooth.
