With an All-In Plan, Anytime Minutes only apply to calls you make to non-Virgin Mobile customers, from 7AM - 7PM, Monday through Friday.

Requires activation of service with a 1-year contract. Mobile to Mobile is calling to/from any other Virgin Mobile phone number. Pricing is for domestic calls and messaging only. Additional text messages cost 15�� each.

How do I change my plan?
Changing your plan is fast and easy. We recommend you change your plan your bill cycle date to avoid pro-ration and any possible overages. Changing your plan during the middle of your billing cycle will cause pro-ration and possibly overages. You can speak with a Member Care representative before you decide to change your plan in order to calculate pro-ration and any possible overages before changing your plan. To reach a Member Care representative, dial 611 from your device or call 1-888-88-HELIO.

Once you are ready to change your plan, we can assist you with your plan change right over the phone so feel free to give us a call!
How often can I change my plan?
You can change your plan as often as you need but you could incur pro-ration as well as overages if you change your plan in the middle of your billing cycle. We recommend changing your plan on your bill cycle date to avoid pro-ration and possible overages.
How are my monthly minutes affected if I change my membership plan in the middle of the month? Will my minutes be prorated?
When you change your plan in the middle of your billing cycle, there will be proration on the old plan and new plan affecting the total minutes you will have to use until your next billing cycle. You do not receive the full plan minutes of the new plan on the day you change to the new plan. IMPORTANT: We always recommend changing your plan on your bill cycle to date to avoid proration and possible overages.

Note: You will receive your full amount of minutes on the new plan in the next full billing cycle.

Before changing your plan, give us a call by dialing 611 from your device or by calling 1-888-88-HELIO and we can calculate the prorated minutes and possible overages before cmpleting a plan change in the middle of your billing cycle.
How much does it cost to use the Instant Messaging services on my device?
If you are subscribed to an All In Membership then instant messaging is free and unlimited.

If you are subscribed to an A La Carte Membership then instant messaging costs 10�� to send and receive each instant message.
