payLo International Rates
Low international talk rates to over 200 countries. So you don't have to run out to buy international calling cards.
Make international calls the same way you would from any other phone. Dial 011 + the country code + the city code + the phone number. For countries like Canada, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, and other countries marked with a “*” in the table, you don't have to dial 011 before the number.
International calls are charged at the international per-minute rate for the country you're calling plus your standard airtime rate.
Calls to Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands are included in Virgin Mobile's standard airtime rates — there is no additional international charge.

How much does it cost?
The payLo Talk and Text plan costs $30 per month.

Am I charged sales tax?
You're charged sales tax on Top-Ups, purchases of equipment and accessories, and shipping & handling charges where required by law. The amount of tax is based on the billing address of the debit/credit card or PayPal account you use.

How often do I need to Top-Up?
To keep using the payLo Talk and Text plan, you need to Top-Up $30 each month.

Does the payLo Talk and Text plan include international minutes?
International calls are billed at the international per-minute rate for the country you are calling plus your standard airtime rate. So to make international calls, you'll need some money in your cash balance to pay for the international per-minute rate for the country you're calling.

Does the payLo Talk and Text plan include international texts?
No. Your 1500 messages can be used for domestic texts, emails, IMs, and picture messages. International messages cost 15¢ each to send or receive. The cost will be deducted from your cash balance.

Are there any long-distance fees?
Nope. There are no domestic long-distance fees with payLo.

What happens if I run out of minutes before the end of my month?
Additional minutes are 10¢ each. The cost will be deducted from your cash balance. Or, you can restart your plan at any time for $30.
