Minute Packs

Get minutes as low as 5¢ each when you choose a Minute Pack. As long as you buy another Minute Pack within 30 days, unused minutes will roll forward for the next 30 days (up to 5000 minutes). If you don't purchase a Minute Pack or your Minute Pack expires, minutes are 20¢ each. Top-Up $20 every 90 days (even if you have a balance) to keep your service active.

Text & Messaging Packs

The way to save if you're a texter. If you don't add a Messaging Pack, messages cost 15¢ per text, email, or IM, and 25¢ per pix or video. Keep in mind, Packs will expire after 30 days.

Mobile Web

Connect instantly to sites like Google™, Facebook®, MySpace™, and more. Save when you buy monthly megabytes with plans that start at only $5/month. Or, pay per MB — just $1.50 each.

How can I pay for my service?
There are a lot of ways to do it...

Credit or Debit Card: Use it to Top-Up from our Web site or right from your phone. To get started, click here.

Cash/Top-Up cards: Buy a Top-Up card with cash from one of thousands of retailers that carry them. To find the store nearest you, click here.

PayPal: Register your PayPal account with us and you can use it to pay for Top-Ups from your phone or from the Web. You can also set up Auto Top-Up on your PayPal account.

Is there a minimum amount I need to Top-Up?
To keep your account active, add at least $20 to your account every 90 days, even if you have a balance. A $10 Top-Up will keep your account active for an additional 45 days (up to a maximum of 90 days).

If you're using Top-Up to pay for one of our Monthly Plans, you'll need to have enough in your balance to cover the cost of the monthly charge plus taxes and surcharges and the cost of any minutes that you use.

Can my balance ever expire?
Unless you've selected one of our special Top-Up options like $15 Auto Top-Up or Service Preserver, you'll need to Top-Up at least $20 every 90 days to keep your service working... even if you have money in your balance.

If you go 90 days without Topping-Up, your account will be deactivated and you won't be able to make or receive calls on your phone. If you still don't Top-Up for 60 days after that, you'll lose your phone number and any money left in your account. But way before that ever happens, we'll remind you that it's time to Top-Up.
How do I pay for extra stuff?
With Pay As You Go, the cost of any extra features you use will come out of your balance.

With Monthly Plans, the cost of any extra features you use will come out of your cash balance. So you'll have to have some money in that balance before you can use any of those services.
