How does it work?
Upon payment of your monthly charge plus taxes and surcharges, you'll start each month with the amount of minutes that you've signed up for. If you use up your anytime minutes and you have a balance, additional minutes are just 20¢ each and the cost will come out of your account balance.

If your monthly charge didn't go through—because there was a problem with your credit/debit card or PayPal account, or because there wasn't enough in your balance to cover the charge—you can continue to talk at a rate of 20¢/min for up to 120 days until you restore your account.

Once you pay the outstanding monthly charge, you can start talking again with the plan you selected.

Or, if you Top-Up for an amount less than the outstanding monthly charge, you'll automatically be switched to the 20¢ per Minute Pay As You Go Basic Rate offer 30 days from your last Top-Up or at the end of that 120-day period, whichever comes first.
How do I pay for it?
Since there are no annual contracts, all you have to do to keep your monthly service working is:
  1. Keep a registered credit/debit card or PayPal account on file with us
  2. Pay the monthly charge (plus taxes and surcharges) each month using your registered credit/debit card or PayPal account — or your cash balance.

That's all there is to it. No credit checks and no surprising bills at the end of the month.
Do monthly minutes expire?
If you're on one of our monthly plans, any unused minutes will expire at the end of each monthly period or when you switch plans. But as long as your monthly charge goes through, you'll start the next month with the same amount of minutes that you've signed up for.
What if I use up my Night & Weekend Minutes before my Anytime Minutes?
In that case, you'd just start using your Anytime Minutes. That's why they're called "Anytime Minutes."
What happens if I go over my Anytime Minutes? How much do additional minutes cost?
Additional minutes are just 20¢ each.

If you think you might run out of minutes in a month, make sure you have enough money in your cash balance to cover the cost of any additional minutes you want to use. That's because the cost of additional minutes is charged to your cash balance — even if you're paying for your monthly charge with a credit/debit card or PayPal.
